Description

This lot features two examples of hand-painted art glass bells manufactured by Fenton Art Glass. The first bell is composed of opaque white milk glass with a clear glass ruffled edge, a characteristic of the Silver Crest line. It is decorated with a molded trellis and beadwork pattern and hand-painted with purple floral motifs in the Violets in the Snow pattern. The interior of the bell bears the hand-painted signature of artist Susan Lee. The second bell is crafted from translucent pink glass featuring a molded textured handle and a scalloped rim. This piece is hand-painted with a floral spray of pink blossoms with white raised texture. It retains the original silver foil label on the exterior indicating Fenton Handmade in USA. Both pieces include their respective clappers attached by metal chains.

Condition report:

Both items are in excellent condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The hand-painted decorations are intact and show no signs of wear.
