Description
A vintage wrap-around stole crafted from mahogany-colored mink fur, featuring a lustrous pile and supple texture. The garment is lined with a dark textile. A manufacturer’s label is stitched to the interior, featuring the text FASHIONABLE and Gillis Furs within a diamond-shaped border. The label identifies the maker as based in MILWAUKEE. Additional embroidered text on the right side of the label is partially obscured but includes the characters WEST.
Condition report:
Good vintage condition. The fur remains supple with a consistent sheen and no visible signs of balding or significant shedding. The interior lining shows light wear consistent with age and use.
