Description
This contemporary oak-finished wooden gun cabinet features a tall upper display section and a stepped base. The upper portion contains a locking glass door decorated with etched wildlife motifs including a buck head and a running deer. The interior is fitted with a notched wooden rack designed to accommodate up to eight long guns and includes an integrated light fixture. The lower section provides additional storage via a small locking door with a decorative glass inset and a side drawer or compartment fitted with brass-toned hardware and white ceramic-style pulls. The piece exhibits a traditional domestic design common in the late 20th century. No manufacturer labels or marks are visible.
Condition report:
The cabinet is in good overall condition with minor surface wear and light scratches consistent with residential use. The internal light fixture and locks are present but untested.
