Description

This collection of Pittsburgh Pirates memorabilia includes a framed commemorative print and a binder containing a variety of baseball cards. The primary item is a gold-toned metal framed black and white photograph depicting Bill Mazeroski at home plate following his series-winning home run in Game 7 of the 1960 World Series. The print features commemorative text at the bottom detailing the event and the date of October 13, 1960. An unauthenticated cut signature of Bill Mazeroski is mounted in the upper left corner. The reverse of the frame reveals a color poster of Cleveland Indians catcher Sandy Alomar Jr. alongside a 1990 Donruss Sandy Alomar Jr. rookie card.

The lot also includes a black three-ring binder titled SPORTS CARD COLLECTION filled with multiple pages of baseball cards, largely featuring the Pittsburgh Pirates roster from the early 1990s. The cards consist of various series, including 1991 Topps, 1991 and 1992 Upper Deck, and 1992 Donruss. Notable players within the binder include Barry Bonds, Bobby Bonilla, Andy Van Slyke, Doug Drabek, and Jay Bell. The cards are stored in standard plastic protective sleeves.

Condition report:

The framed print appears well-maintained with the print and cut signature showing light age-related paper toning. The frame has minor scuffing and wear consistent with age. The baseball cards appear to be in good condition, protected by plastic sleeves, while the binder exhibits typical signs of use and shelf wear.
