Description
This lot features a curated collection of sports trading cards primarily focused on the Pittsburgh Steelers, housed in a maroon three-ring vinyl binder labeled Sports Card Collection. The collection spans from the late 1960s through the early 1990s and includes brands such as Topps, Pro Set, Score, and Stadium Club. Notable cards include a 1969 Topps Alex Karras (No. 71), a 1981 Topps Terry Bradshaw (No. 12), and multiple 1970s Topps Jack Ham All-Pro issues. The collection also contains various Franco Harris cards, 1990 Pro Set Super Bowl MVP inserts, Joe Namath Super Bowl Supermen cards, and a subset of Pro Set Super Bowl logo cards covering Super Bowls IX through XVII. Several 1980s Pittsburgh Steelers team checklists and season results cards are also included. Condition report:
The cards are in ungraded condition and show varying degrees of wear. Older cards from the 1960s and 1970s exhibit typical age-related softening of corners and minor edge wear. Cards from the late 1980s and early 1990s generally appear to be in better condition. The vinyl binder shows minor surface scuffing and wear to the edges. The bandana is in good vintage condition with visible fold lines from storage.
