Description
A collection of miscellaneous ceramic novelty salt and pepper shakers featuring Christmas, Thanksgiving, and winter themes. The assortment includes two rounded shakers with snowman motifs and signs reading I LOVE SNOW, two bunny-eared snowman figurines, a pair of tom turkeys, and two cylindrical shakers with snowman illustrations and red-striped borders. Additional pieces include a teddy bear figure seated on a blue gift box, two Christmas trees with gold-colored star toppers, a blue vintage-style truck carrying a basket of flowers, and a cornucopia filled with harvest produce. Also present are a Santa Claus head, a Mrs. Claus figurine, and two brightly colored egg-shaped shakers in red and yellow. The items are made of glazed ceramic with hand-painted polychrome decoration. No maker marks or backstamps are visible on the pieces.
Condition report:
The collection generally appears in good used condition. Scattered light surface wear and minor scuffing to the glaze are present. Some shakers exhibit minor staining and residue around the aperture holes.
