Description
A pair of Longaberger woven wood baskets. The first is a 1993 J.W. Collection Original Easter Basket, constructed of light-colored wood strips with dark brown horizontal weave accents. It features a tall, single swinging overhead handle and a blue and white checkered fabric liner. A brass-toned metal identification plate is attached to the rim, inscribed Longaberger J.W. Collection 1993 Edition ORIGINAL EASTER BASKET. This basket is accompanied by its original cardboard storage box with matching printed graphics. The second item is a smaller rectangular basket with multi-colored horizontal bands in green, blue, and reddish-brown. It contains a floral fabric liner and promotional literature, including a booklet titled Longaberger Shades of Autumn.
Condition report:
The items are in good condition. The woven wood remains structurally sound with no visible breaks. Fabric liners appear clean. The original storage box exhibits minor wear, including slight creasing and shelf wear consistent with age and storage.
