Description
A collection of vintage ceramic novelty salt and pepper shakers executed in a mid-century humorous style. The collection includes female figurines and male figurines. The female figures are depicted wearing red and pink dresses with white aprons, modeled with prominent pregnant bellies. The aprons are inscribed with the black script text, You and Your ‘Once More For Old Times Sake’!!. The male figures are depicted wearing light blue jackets, black trousers, and red neckties, shown with facial expressions and physical gestures indicating distress or surprise. Each figurine features hand-painted details and a glossy glazed finish. The undersides show typical circular bases with openings for stoppers.
