Description
A pair of vintage wall-mounted candle sconces featuring elongated wooden backplates with a teal-green mottled faux-marble finish and gold-painted trim. Each unit includes a projecting shelf supporting a turned, cherry-red stained candle cup fitted with a brass-toned metal insert.
Condition report:
The pair is in good vintage condition with a heavy accumulation of dust and debris on the horizontal shelf surfaces and inside the candle cups (photo 1). The metal inserts exhibit oxidation and wax residue, and minor scuffs and chips are present along the painted edges (photo 1).
