Description
Lidded round dish in red slag glass featuring a molded radiating leaf design and stippled texture. A raised embossed monogram consisting of a vertical capital letter I superimposed over a capital letter G is visible on the underside of the footed base (photo 10).
Condition report:
No visible chips, cracks, or repairs are present on the domed lid or base. Minor shelf wear is visible on the underside of the foot (photo 8). Accumulated dust is noted within the textured stippling and recessed areas of the molded pattern (photo 3). Opaque white marbling near the rims is characteristic of the slag glass manufacturing process and does not constitute a defect (photo 6).
