Description
A five-piece collection of Imperial Glass Corporation slag glass featuring red, orange, and purple marbleized colorways. A raised IG logo mark, consisting of a stylized letter G with a vertical bar through the center, is present on the interior of the bowl and the base of the footed jar; the jar also retains a partial paper label with red script reading ‘Imperial’ above typed text ‘176 / 4 TD JAR / COVER / P / SLAG’.
Condition report:
The collection is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The paper label on the interior of the lidded jar is partially torn (photo 15), and minor shelf wear is visible on the underside of the bases (photo 5).
