Description
A desktop savings bank featuring an antique cast-metal postal box door integrated into a solid oak case with a brass handle and a top-loading coin slot. The door is decorated with a Greek key border and contains a combination lock dial with letters J through I, positioned above a glass window containing a card with the number 21.
Condition report:
The solid oak case is in excellent condition with a warm finish and minor shelf wear at the base (photo 4). The cast metal door shows a dark patina, and the chrome-plated combination dial and latch handle display light surface pitting and oxidation (photo 1). The glass number window is intact and clear (photo 1).
