Description
Mattel Barbie as Dorothy collector doll from The Wizard of Oz collection. The vinyl fashion doll is designed with rooted synthetic dark brown hair in braids with blue ribbons and painted fixed blue eyes. The doll wears a blue and white gingham check pinafore dress over a white short-sleeved blouse with blue rickrack trim. Accessories include a black plastic Toto dog figure, a wicker-style basket with a gingham fabric liner, and red translucent ruby slippers. This is a talking and light-up edition; the packaging indicates that pressing the doll’s heels activates the light-up slippers and voice recordings of phrases from the motion picture. The box displays the Barbie logo, The Wizard of Oz logo, and instructional graphics.

Condition report:
Never removed from box (NRFB). The box shows shelf wear including creasing to the cardboard, softened corners, and minor crushing. The clear plastic window displays surface scuffing. Functionality of the electronic light and sound features is not guaranteed due to the age of the original batteries.
