Description
This lot features a professional shoulder taxidermy mount of a North American pronghorn (Antilocapra americana). The specimen is presented in an upright, forward-facing position with its head turned slightly to its right. It displays a characteristic tan and white coat and dark, lyre-shaped horns with distinct forward-pointing prongs. The mount is constructed on a taxidermy form and fixed to a wooden base plate on the reverse. The back includes a metal mounting bracket stamped with the name MCKENZIE. A white paper identification label is also present on the back, containing the alphanumeric codes AN-2450, CNC# P450, GQ:S422-01, and BW:BE342-21.
Condition report:
The taxidermy appears to be in good overall condition. The fur is clean and well-preserved with no visible signs of significant hair loss or shedding. The horns are secure, and the mounting plate and bracket are in functional condition.
