Lot 35:
Description
This lot features three assorted fixed-blade knives and one leather sheath. Included is a modern fantasy-style knife with a stainless steel blade featuring black-coated flame graphics and jagged spine cutouts. The handle is cast metal in the form of a dragon with a curved finger guard and is marked Stainless China at the ricasso. Also included is a large Bowie-style hunting knife with a clip point steel blade and a brown molded plastic handle featuring diamond checkering and finger grooves. It is paired with a heavy-duty dark brown leather sheath reinforced with eleven metal rivets. The third item is a small novelty souvenir knife with a steel clip point blade and a cast metal handle featuring an eagle-head pommel and dark grip inserts.
Blade lengths: Approximately 8 inches, 9 inches, and 4 inches.
Condition report:
The fantasy knife is in good decorative condition with minor surface handling marks. The utility hunting knife and small souvenir knife both exhibit heavy oxidation, surface rust, and pitting across the blades. The leather sheath shows significant wear, including surface cracking and dryness at the stress points.
