Description
This collection consists of several hundred 1992 Donruss baseball cards. The lot features a comprehensive selection of base cards, Rated Rookies, and cards from the Highlights subset. High-profile players and Hall of Famers represented in the collection include Nolan Ryan, Cal Ripken Jr., Tony Gwynn, Eddie Murray, Fred McGriff, Roger Clemens, Tom Glavine, Terry Pendleton, Bret Saberhagen, and Joe Carter. Notable rookie and award cards include Jeff Bagwell (1991 NL Rookie of the Year), Chuck Knoblauch (1991 AL Rookie of the Year), Reggie Sanders (Rated Rookie), Roberto Hernandez (Rated Rookie), Tino Martinez, and Luis Gonzalez. The collection includes substantial groupings for the San Diego Padres, Houston Astros, and Los Angeles Dodgers. The cards are uncollated and organized into multiple stacks.
Condition report:
The cards are in mid-to-high grade raw condition, generally appearing to be in Excellent to Near Mint (EX to NM) condition. Visible corners are sharp, and cards show typical factory centering for the era. Many stacks are held together by rubber bands, which may have caused minor indentations or edge damage to the cards on the exterior of the stacks. The cards are ungraded.
