Description
This collection consists of six vintage enamelware kitchen items dating to the mid-20th century. The group includes a large rectangular red baking or roasting pan with a black rim, a small green saucer, a white cylindrical pot with a matching lid featuring a blue handle and trim, a light blue saucepan with a black handle and rim, a yellow saucepan with a black handle and rim, and a small rectangular yellow dish with a black rim. Each item is constructed from metal coated in a vitreous enamel glaze in various colors. No maker marks or stamps are visible on any of the pieces.
Condition report:
The collection is in vintage used condition with wear consistent with age and utility. Notable issues include significant dark staining and residue on the interior of the yellow saucepan and minor marking on the blue saucepan. Enamel loss and chipping are evident on the rim of the white pot lid, at the handle attachment of the white pot, and along the rims of the red pan. Light surface scuffing and small areas of oxidation are present where the underlying metal is exposed.
