Description
This decorative scale model of a traditional American farm windmill is constructed of galvanized steel and features a four-legged tower with horizontal and diagonal cross-bracing. The structure is accented by a prominent red-painted ladder mounted to one side. The top assembly consists of a multi-blade galvanized fan wheel featuring a red, white, and blue concentric circle decal at the center hub. The pivoting head includes a dark blue-painted gearbox and a trapezoidal tail vane. The tail vane is decorated with a printed graphic of a waving American flag and the slogan UNITED WE STAND. The design, materials, and specific graphic theme are highly consistent with the 12-B series model kits and special editions produced by Aero Manufacturing.
Condition report:
The item is in excellent condition, appearing to be in like-new state. The galvanized metal surfaces are bright and reflective, showing no signs of rust or oxidation. The red and blue paint remains vibrant with no visible chipping or wear. The graphics on the tail vane and hub are crisp and unfaded.
