Condition report:
The sign is in good overall condition with strong, vibrant colors and a high-gloss finish. Chipping to the porcelain enamel is present at all four corners and around the mounting holes, showing minor oxidation and rust on the underlying steel. The main field remains largely clean with a few minor surface imperfections and tiny pin-sized pits. The reverse side shows light surface scuffing and small spots of discoloration.
