Description
A two-piece pressed glass fairy lamp produced by the Mosser Glass Company of Cambridge, Ohio. The lamp is constructed of translucent emerald green glass and features an all-over diamond point pattern, also known as a pinecone or glimmer pattern. The set includes a dome-shaped shade with a circular ventilation aperture at the top and a matching circular base. The base is designed with a raised interior gallery to hold the shade and a decoratively scalloped outer rim. The underside of the base center contains an embossed stylized capital letter M mark, identifying the manufacturer as Mosser.
Height: Approximately 5.5 inches
Diameter: Approximately 3.75 inches.
Condition report:
This item is in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs are visible. The edges of the diamond point facets and the scalloped rim of the base appear crisp and free of wear.
