Description
A collection of vintage decorative objects and desk accessories, primarily constructed of cast metal with brass or gold-tone finishes. The assortment includes a pair of brass fighting roosters, a horse head bust mounted on a black base, a stylized owl figurine, a footed letter holder, an adjustable mechanical bracket, and two small lidded desk containers. Additionally, the lot contains several ornate double light switch covers featuring floral scrollwork and inset clear rhinestones. The pieces display a variety of design motifs ranging from Traditional to Hollywood Regency styles. No maker’s marks, stamps, or signatures were observed upon inspection.
Condition report:
The collection exhibits surface wear, tarnishing, and areas of verdigris patina consistent with age and previous use. Light scratches and minor pitting are present on several pieces. The switch covers show some accumulation of surface dust and grime.
