Description
The underside of the base bears a hand-written inscription in black ink reading Hand Painted by R. Meeks.
Condition report:
Scuffs and paint loss are visible on the green mittens and black boots (photo 1). Minor scuffing is present on the red suit (photo 4). A small green pigment smudge appears on the base near the signature (photo 5). The frosted glitter trim shows yellowing and dust accumulation from age (photo 1).
