Description
Cranberry opalescent art glass compote in the hobnail pattern by Fenton Art Glass Company. An embossed oval mark reading Fenton is located on the center of the underside of the base (photo 7).
Condition report:
Excellent condition with no visible faults. The ruffled and crimped rim is free of chips or cracks (photos 1, 2). The raised hobnails on the exterior show no signs of impact damage or chipped points (photo 8). The base exhibits minor shelf wear consistent with age and typical use (photo 7).
