J. Gibson wildlife print on paper featuring a lion study with a leopard-pattern border, signed in print at the lower right with the name J. GIBSON followed by a copyright symbol. The work is housed in an ornate burr-wood finished wood frame with gilded rope-twist molding and black matting.
Condition report:
The print and frame appear to be in good condition with no visible foxing, discoloration, or damage to the wood or gilding (photo 1).
