The work is signed CHRIS PALMER in black capital letters at the lower right and includes a biographical label for the artist on the reverse alongside a label for North American Enclosures, Inc. stating MADE IN THE USA and a retail sticker from JO-ANN reading 39.99.
Condition report:
Minor surface scuffs are visible on the wooden frame (photo 1). The paper backing shows significant creasing and several small tears (photo 2).
