Description
A nineteenth-century chromolithograph depicting an equestrian hunting scene, titled No 149 RETURN FROM THE CHASE in the lower left margin. The print is mounted in an ornately carved oak frame featuring deep foliate motifs and a gilded inner decorative bead.
Condition report:
Significant foxing and generalized age-related discoloration are visible across the paper, most notably in the sky and peripheral margins (photos 1, 2). The carved oak frame remains in good overall condition with minor surface wear and small abrasions consistent with age (photos 1, 2).
