Description
A trio of Art Deco molded glass decorative pieces featuring figural stems in the form of nude women. The group comprises a cobalt blue glass compote on a clear stem, a peach opalescent girandole candle holder with ten faceted crystal prisms, and a shell-form peach opalescent compote with hand-painted floral enamel and gilded accents. No maker marks, labels, or signatures are visible on any of the objects.
Condition report:
Minor surface scratches from shelf wear appear on the underside of the cobalt compote foot (photo 7). Several of the hanging crystal prisms on the girandole show small chips along the faceted edges, and the metal wire connectors exhibit light oxidation (photo 4). The shell compote displays significant wear to the gilded decoration on the hair and foot, along with a dark residue mark on the edge of the base (photo 5).
