Description
A set of five red slag glass mugs featuring octagonal bodies with molded figural panels and handles shaped as elephant heads. The base of each vessel features a concentric spiral pattern and an embossed circular mark containing a stylized letter A with a bird flying through the center.
Condition report:
A visible hairline fracture extends from the outer rim toward the center of the base on one mug (photo 8). Surface pitting, internal cooling lines, and vertical mold seams are present on the bases (photos 7 and 8), consistent with manufacturing methods for pressed slag glass.
