Description
A lot of four decorative vases comprising two earthenware examples with multi-colored gradient glazes and relief-molded foliate scrollwork alongside two opaque glass vases featuring hand-painted floral motifs. The collection demonstrates late 19th to early 20th-century aesthetics featuring bulbous and cylindrical forms.
Condition report:
Significant fine crazing is visible throughout the yellow-glazed neck of the leftmost ceramic vase and on the body of the bulbous ceramic vase (photo 1). The two glass vases show no visible chips, cracks, or surface losses (photo 1, photo 2).
