Description
A seven-piece set of translucent cobalt blue glassware comprising a decanter with a flame-shaped gilded stopper and six matching tumblers. Each piece is decorated with hand-painted gold enamel depicting iconic Venetian architectural and gondola scenes.
Condition report:
Thinning and rubbing to the gold enamel decoration is visible on the decanter neck and stopper (photo 1). Wear is present on the gilded base rings of the tumblers (photo 2). No chips or cracks are evident (photo 3).
