Description
Imperial Glass Corporation footed compote produced in purple and white marbleized slag glass with a hand-ruffled rim. A rectangular paper label on the hexagonal base reads “PURPLE SLAG GLASS by Imperial”, positioned adjacent to a small illegible gold foil label.
Condition report:
The item is in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs to the ruffled rim or base (Photo 1). The paper label on the underside shows minor wear and lifting (Photo 3).
