Description
A pair of footed purple slag glass creamers manufactured by the Imperial Glass Company. One pitcher retains a rectangular white paper label printed PURPLE SLAG GLASS Circa 1850 By Imperial, while the other bears an impressed mark on the base consisting of a stylized capital I superimposed over a capital G.
Condition report:
Both pieces appear in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor shelf wear is visible on the underside of the circular pedestal feet (Photo 4).
