Description
A pressed purple and white slag glass vase by the Fenton Art Glass Company featuring high-relief peacock and floral motifs. An embossed oval script mark reading Fenton with a capital S below is visible on the underside of the base (image 3), indicating the piece was designated a factory second.
Condition report:
No chips or cracks are visible to the scalloped rim or relief decoration (images 1, 2, 4). Minor surface shelf wear is present on the underside of the base (image 3).
