Description
A mid-20th-century hand-painted chalkware figurine depicting a kneeling Native American figure playing a drum. The figure is decorated with a fringed tan tunic and a red feathered headband on a rounded base.
Condition report:
Significant paint loss and surface flaking are visible on the face, chest, and drum (photo 1). Scattered small chips and abrasions are present throughout the surface, particularly along the fringe edges and the perimeter of the base (photos 1 and 2).
