Description
Two pieces of vintage milk glass produced by the Westmoreland Glass Company, comprising a hen on nest covered dish and a floral relief basket. Both pieces exhibit the molded interlaced WG mark on the underside of the base. Seems like hen top and bottom are married
Condition report:
The hen on nest lid shows minor wear to the cold-painted red decoration; the base exhibits yellow and brown staining along the inner ledge. The handled basket displays discoloration at the handle joint and light shelf wear to the footed base.
