Description
A vintage cast iron three-legged kettle produced by the Griswold Manufacturing Company under the Erie line. The underside is embossed with the markings PAT MAY 10-91, ERIE, and the numeral 3, corresponding to a patent date of May 10, 1891.
Condition report:
Black seasoned exterior displays surface wear and minor oxidation to the base and legs. Structurally sound with no visible cracks or pitting.
