This footed compote is crafted from blue and white marbled slag Fenton glass. The piece features a deep conical bowl decorated with a relief-molded Cabbage Rose pattern, showcasing clusters of berries and foliage. The rim is finished with a prominent ruffled or crimped edge. It rests on a short stem with a central knop, terminating in a scalloped, petal-form foot. The slag glass technique creates a unique, swirled appearance where the opaque white and vibrant blue glass blend.
