Description
This framed limited edition sporting print is titled Autumn Elegance, after an original oil painting by artist Robert A. Christie. The artwork depicts three Irish Setters in an autumnal field of tall, dry grass.. Several printed inscriptions are present along the bottom margin: SERIES II PLATE IV on the left, the title and FROM THE ORIGINAL OIL PAINTING BY ROBERT A. CHRISTIE at the center, and COPYRIGHT BACKTRAIL GALLERY, ATLANTA, GA on the right. In the lower right corner of the image area, there is a printed CHRISTIE copyright mark above a stylized facsimile signature and the numbering 1695 / 2000.
Condition report:
The print shows some minor rippling under the glass. The frame and glazing appear to be in good overall condition with no visible chips or cracks.
