Description
This collection of professional hockey trading cards consists of numerous cards from the early to mid-1990s, primarily organized within two red textured vinyl three-ring binders. The covers of the binders are embossed with white graphics and the text Hockey Card Album. The collection features several prominent series from the era, most notably the 1990-91 O-Pee-Chee Premier and the 1996-97 Pinnacle Zenith sets.
The O-Pee-Chee Premier cards are identified by their white borders and gold-toned Premier logo in the upper corner. Visible players from this series include Hall of Famers and stars such as Ray Bourque, Mats Sundin, Mike Vernon, Peter Turgeon, Bryan Trottier, Rick Tocchet, and the rookie-era card of Peter Bondra.
The 1996-97 Pinnacle Zenith cards feature a distinctive dark background design with the player’s name in gold-colored script. This portion of the collection includes numerous high-profile players such as Steve Yzerman, Martin Brodeur, Pavel Bure, Dominik Hasek, Ray Bourque, Mike Modano, Paul Coffey, Doug Gilmour, Ron Hextall, Grant Fuhr, and Brian Leetch. All cards are housed in clear plastic multi-pocket protective sleeves.
Condition report:
The cards appear to be in good overall condition with sharp corners and clean surfaces as viewed through the protective sleeves. The binders show minor external shelf wear, including light scuffing to the vinyl and edges. The plastic sleeves exhibit typical light handling marks and surface scratches.
