Description
This lot comprises a variety of vintage household items and novelty collectibles. Included is a set of melamine dinnerware in assorted colors featuring bowls and plates, with the base of the terracotta-colored bowl marked DESERT FLOWER BY International II-F. The collection also features a miniature ceramic toilet with a wooden lid and seat, bearing the GERBER mark on the tank. A light aqua glass bottle is present, embossed with AMERICAN FEEDING BOTTLE, J.M.&CO., and OVAL PATTERN. Kitchenware includes a six-cup aluminum muffin tin marked Mirro and PATENT 1,921,256, alongside a logo for UAP Dayton Ohio. Decorative items include a framed black and white print of Jean-Francois Millet’s The Angelus and several sheets of vintage gift wrap or paper with a repeated bridal motif on a pale green background. A small clear glass beaker is also included in the group.
Condition report:
Items show varying degrees of age-related wear. The melamine dinnerware exhibits surface scratches and scuffs from use. The aluminum muffin tin shows typical oxidation and dark spots. The framed print has significant fraying and damage to the edges of the paper, and the frame shows surface wear. The ceramic toilet and glass bottle are in stable condition with minor surface residue. The vintage paper has creases and some edge wear.
