The three small crocks feature a dark green-banded rim and transfer-printed scenes of local Ohio landmarks including The Fox Creek S Bridge in New Concord, the National Road – Zane Grey Museum, and Johnson’s Mill/Salt Creek Covered Bridge. Each of these three pieces contains an informative text block on the reverse side detailing the history of the site, with one dated 1999.

The larger white canister is decorated with a black transfer-printed illustration of an Amish farm scene showing horses, figures, and a wagon. The base is marked with an impressed circular stamp reading Zanesville Stoneware Zanesville Ohio surrounding a central stylized Z logo. The larger cream-colored canister features a colorful artistic rendering titled Zane Grey at the Rainbow Bridge and includes a wooden lid with a turned knob. The base of this canister features the circular Zanesville Stoneware mark, a handwritten signature in black ink for artist Leslie Cope, and a stamped mark reading Zane Grey Birthplace Zanesville, Ohio 1872 – 1939.
