Description
This collection features various decorative glass items in shades of aqua, teal, and cobalt blue. A light blue pressed glass slipper is decorated with a raised floral and scroll pattern and bears a molded mark on the heel consisting of a stylized letter F within a circle, identifying it as Fenton Art Glass. Other items in the group include a cobalt blue glass boot in a Daisy and Button pattern, an aqua-toned glass slipper with a beaded base, and a small cobalt blue bird figurine. The lot further contains two cobalt blue dishes with molded swirl designs, a heavy round teal glass ashtray with three rests, and a square aqua glass ashtray with a central well. The items reflect Mid-Century Modern and late 20th-century American glass manufacturing styles.
Condition report:
The items are in good overall condition. Surface dust and minor shelf wear are visible on the base of several pieces. No chips, cracks, or signs of restoration were noted upon visual inspection.
