Description
This pair of hand-blown art glass spheres is executed in the Murano style, featuring internal plume-like decorations in a vibrant red color. These structures, often referred to as octopus motifs, are further detailed with yellow and white mottling, all encased within heavy clear glass. The items exhibit small, controlled air bubbles characteristic of the hand-blown manufacturing process. Both spheres feature slightly flattened bases for tabletop display. No maker marks or signatures are visible.
Condition report:
Both items are in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or restorations. Light surface wear consistent with age and handling may be present on the underside of the bases.
