Description
A Fenton Art Glass Company white milk glass hen-on-nest covered dish. The two-piece set features a figural lid in the form of a hen with detailed molded feathers, a comb, and a beak. The lid sits upon a coordinating bowl base designed with a basketweave texture and a scalloped rim. The interior center of the base contains a visible embossed oval mark with the word Fenton.
Condition report:
The piece is in good overall condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor surface wear is consistent with age and typical handling.
