In person preview is available the week of auction at the auction location. Auction will be live and contain a webcast (online) portion. Loading and unloading of equipment provided. Reasonable commission rates, no in person buyers premium, online buyers premium of 10%. Charge of 4% on credit cards. No charge on cash or good check. Consignment drop off dates are anytime Monday-Friday from 8-4:30PM at the auction location. Items must be picked up by Saturday, January 10th or immediately after the sale. If sending semi for items, we can hold on the lot for longer. All items are sold as is-where is with no warranties implied by the auction or its staff. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items not picked up by January 10th at 4:30pm will become property of Faulk Auctions.

Driving Directions:
Coming from Columbus, OH (eastbound), take Exit 204 (Egypt Valley/Lady Bin Hill) off of I70. Turn right at bottom of hill. At stop sign turn right. Auction is 1 minute down National Rd. As soon as you get to top of hill.
Coming from Wheeling, WV (westbound), take Exit 208 (Morristown/ Union Local Schools). Turn right onto OH 149N. Go through the lights past the school and at the stop sign turn left onto US 40 W/National Rd. Travel for about 3 miles.
