Buyer is responsible for all disconnection, removal, and transportation of purchased dental and X-ray equipment. All removal must be performed in a safe and professional manner. No alterations, damage, or modifications may be made to the facility during removal. Premises must be left in original condition.
Certain items, including X-ray and other radiation-emitting equipment, may be subject to federal, state, or local licensing, registration, and handling requirements. Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring they are properly authorized to purchase, possess, and operate such equipment in accordance with all applicable regulations. The seller and auction company assume no responsibility for verifying buyer eligibility or regulatory compliance. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
